Respondents Prayer : This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 18 of 1960 as amended by Act 23 of 1973 and Act 1 of 1980), praying to set aside the order and decretal order dated 27.07.2016 made in R.C.A.No714 of 2014 on the file of VII Small Causes Court Judge at Chennai, confirmed the order and decretal order dated 15.09.2014 made in R.C.O.P.No.1556 of 2011 on the file of XIII Court, Small Causes Court, Chennai.
For petitioner : Mr.R.Ramakrishnan For Respondents : Mr.R.Natarajan O R D E R Today, both the parties and their respective counsels are present. They filed a joint memo of compromise and they were identified by the respective counsels also. Identification has been verified by this Court.

2. Both the parties are agreeing with the said terms of compromise.
3. R.C.A.No.714 of 2014 filed by the tenant, shall stand dismissed in view of the above said joint compromise memo. Three months' time as agreed between the parties, is granted. The petitioner-tenant has to vacate the premises on or before 28.04.2017.
4. Recording the above said terms of compromise, this revision is disposed of. The terms of compromise shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
