JUDGMENT / ORDER

The matter has been listed periodically since 2015.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.12.2015, it was reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she has handed over the papers along with change of vakalat, and therefore, the matter was adjourned to ascertain as to whether the petitioner has engaged any other counsel, if not, to print the name of the petitioner.
3. Since, no counsel had been engaged, this Court by order dated 28.03.2017, directed the Registry to issue notice to the writ petitioner.
4. Notice so directed to be issued has been served on the petitioner on 22.04.2017.
5. Though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner has not chosen to appear either in person or through his counsel.
