JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel Mr. T.S.Rajmohan, appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, an employee of the Port Trust has attained superannuation in 2012. Accordingly, nothing further survives in the matter. He thus does not wish to pursue the Writ Petition and makes an endorsement in this regard. The Writ Petition, in view of the above, is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.5120 of 2002 is closed.
