THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.13525 of 2009 Between:
P. Venkatachary PETITIONER AND 1. Government of Andhra Pradesh Panchayatraj Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad rep. by its Secretary, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri P. Vishnuvardhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
