ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.DICS/8477/2014, dated 06.11.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) appearing for the respondents placed before the Court a copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.DICS/8477/2014, dated 22.11.2014, of respondent No.2, whereby he has restored the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation by withdrawing the impugned proceedings.
In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.44649 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
