This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not been allotting essential commodities to fair price shop No.28 of Piduguralla Village and Mandal, Guntur District, though the petitioner’s authorization in respect thereof is in force.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies representing the respondents, on instructions, stated that the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization is in force as on today.
So long as the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization remains in force, the respondents cannot prevent him from discharging his functions as such. Therefore, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to supply essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop for distribution so long as his authorization in respect thereof subsists.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.41336 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
