Challenging the 1st Respondent's letter bearing No.16211/MMB1/2009-1 dated 08.01.2010, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2.Pending writ petition, the first respondent has passed GO.Ms.No.125, Industries (MMB.1) Department, dated 09.06.2015, the petitioner's quarry lease in Sy.No.1/2A of Navinipatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, which was reported for violations had stopped quarry operations for two years and consequently, the mining lease was declared as lapsed.
3.In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this writ petition needs no further adjudication.
4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
