The petitioner was appointed as a Copy Holder to work in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Press. In this writ petition, he has challenged the action of the respondents in seeking to retire him at the age of 58 years, instead of 60 years.
2. By virtue of the interim orders passed by this Court on 28.4.2011, the petitioner was continued in service and retired at 60 years. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid the retirement benefits.
5. The petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the respondents seeking retirement benefits and on receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
6. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.15379 of 2011 and 31620 of 2013 are closed.
