2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the case in Crime No.503/2008, after completion of investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' on 18.08.2016 and the RCS notice was also served on the complainant.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
