O R D E R:
By order dated 29.03.2012, this Court directed the 4th respondent society to consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of differential salaries as per G.O.Ms.No.247 dated 02.11.2006, G.O.Ms.No.106 dated 18.04.2008 and in the light of the directions issued by the 2nd and 3rd respondents in their proceedings dated 07.04.2007 and 20.04.2006 respectively within a time frame.
2. No positive mandate was visited upon the 4th respondent society and it was merely directed to consider the petitioner’s claim for differential salaries as per the relevant G.Os and in accordance with the proceedings issued by the superior authorities. The 4th respondent society cannot deny the petitioner consideration of his claim. This Court therefore finds no reason to interfere with the interim order. However, as the time frame fixed by this Court under the earlier order has already expired, the 4th respondent society is granted four more weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 29.03.2012.
3. In the light of the aforestated order, no further issue survives for adjudication in the writ petition. The learned counsel for the parties are also at consensus on this aspect.
4. The writ petition shall therefore stand disposed of in terms of the above order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
