This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.43832 of 2016, dated 21.12.2016.
2. Today, when the matter came up before this Court, the learned counsel for the respondent served a copy of the order dated 29.07.2017 to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also admitted that he has received the copy of the aforesaid order.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
