This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 30.05.2011, in O.S.No.174 of 2005 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy.
Sri P.Yadgir Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, has filed a memo, dated 01.08.2014, signed by him as well as the appellant, wherein it is stated that with the intervention of the elders, the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court and that therefore, the appellant has decided to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
