PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of the 3rd respondent Tribunal which is made in O.A.No.666 of 2011 dated 17.12.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service in any one of the vacant post in his sub-division.
