O R D E R Judgment Debtor in Ex.No.8/2013 on the file of the Civil Judge and JMFC, Molakalmuru, has come up in this Writ Petition impugning the interlocutory order dated 23.09.2015 passed on I.A.No.5.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the proceedings in Ex.No.8/2013 is looked into in the e-courts website of Chitradurga District. On going through the same, it is seen that in Ex.No.8/2013 has already been disposed of by order dated 19.09.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
