Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the third respondent in O.Mu.No.2527/05/K-9 dated 08.04.2005 and quash the same and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Drawing Master by transfer and grant him all consequential benefits.

2. I heard the submissions of Mr.P.Rajendran learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy Special Government Pleader for R1, R2 and Mr.R.Sivakumar for R3 appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Sivakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation has submitted that the petitioner was promoted as Drawing Master and the same was confirmed and approved by the Government order in G.O.Ms.No.283 dated 04.11.2009. To that effect, he has produced copies of the letter dated 29.06.2012 and G.O.Ms.No.283 dated 04.11.2009 before this Court. Hence, he prays to close the writ petition.
4. Recording the submission made by the 3rd respondent, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
