O R D E R After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner to pursue the representation dated 04.08.2017 submitted by him before the Bangalore Development Authority. He further submits that petitioner may be reserved liberty to approach this Court in case his representation is rejected or any other adverse order is passed.
2. In the light of this submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the representation submitted by him before the BDA. It is also made clear that in case the representation submitted by the petitioner is rejected and his rights are affected, he would be at liberty to approach this Court.
