ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, more particularly, a writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.2 in passing orders on the petition filed by the petitioner on 25.10.2014, in E.C.Act Case No.136/2012-
S7 seeking to open the rice mill premises and to release the seized stocks though the petitioner expressed his readiness to furnish the bank guarantee for the value of 50% of the seized stock as illegal and arbitrary.”
At the hearing, Sri K.Joseph, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to question proceedings, vide E.C.Act.Case No.773/2014- S7, dated 21.11.2014 of respondent No.2.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.45446 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
