This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief : ----
“ … to issue a writ, order or direction more so a writ in the nature of mandamus by declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not making the construction of godowns at Mypadu Road, Nellore district by canceling the tenders for construction of godowns at Mypadu Road for storage of food grains by the 1st respondent under PPP scheme (PEG-2008) as bad, unjust, illegal, unlawful and opposed to the public policy and consequently to direct the respondents to allot the said work to the petitioner as the lowest tenderer …”
A perusal of the proceedings sheet shows that the case was adjourned many times. On 14-10-2014, none appeared for the parties. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the parties. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.25879 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
