HON’BLE Dr. JUSTICE K.G.SHANKAR Criminal Petition No.7118 of 2013 Order:
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled outside the Court and that the petition filed by one of the accused in the connected case was disposed of by this Court through orders in Criminal Petition No.11531 of 2014 on 18-9-2014. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/ de facto complainant admitted settlement. In view of the undisputed fact that the case was settled between the parties, continuation of the same would be a futile exercise.
2. Accordingly, this criminal petition is allowed. The FIR in Crime No.250 of 2013 on the file of Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad, is quashed.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
