When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement in the Court papers to that effect. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
