JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider and pass orders on the application dated 20.06.2017 made by him much before the fixed programme, which is to be held on 30.06.2017.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondents on 20.06.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 30.06.2017, the respondents have not passed orders till today.
3. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same.
4. Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, today itself.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
