PETITIONER AND 1. The AP TRANSCO, rep. by its Chairman & Managing Director, Vidyutsoudha, Somajiguda, Hyderabad and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
Sri R. Mangulal, representing Sri Peeta Raman, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
2. Permission is granted, and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel, interim order dated 7.10.2013 shall stand vacated and the W.P.M.P. shall stand dismissed.
