This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the R-2 not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner in relation to the complaint filed by the R-3 as per Annexure-A and not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties and etc.
This petition coming on for preliminary hearing in B Group, this day, the Court made the following:-
