This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent No.2 to consider Annexure-A the application filed by the petitioner on 27.1.2014 and to issue a mining lease as prayed for and pass appropriate order within a specified period.
This petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, THE CHIEF JUSTICE made the following:
ORDER Issue notice.
Mr.V.G.Bhanuprakash, learned additional government advocate, accepts notice for the respondents. Therefore, formal service of notice to them is dispensed with.
2. Srimathi P.C.Vinitha, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that there are technical defects in the writ petition and therefore, she seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.
3. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
However, this order of dismissal shall not prevent the writ petitioner to approach this Court on the selfsame cause of action.
4. We make no order as to costs.
