2. Ponnammal ... Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to furnish the docket orders in T.R.No.11 of 2005 by considering petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2017.

Pleader - for R1 O R D E R Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the 1st respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to furnish the docket orders in T.R.No.11 of 2005 by considering his representation dated 10.08.2017.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has applied for the certified copy of the docket orders in T.R.No.11 of 2005, the 1st respondent has not furnished the same yet.
4. Mr.E.Balamurugan learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent may be directed to furnish the certified copy of the docket orders passed in T.R.No.11 of 2005, within a time frame.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to furnish the certified copy of the docket orders passed in T.R.No.11 of 2005 to the petitioner, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
