[Order of the Court was made by M.JAICHANDREN, J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
2. At this stage of the hearing of the Habeas Corpus Petition, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor had submitted that the complaint made by the detenue, dated 23.11.2016, before the Superintendent of Police, Ariyalur, would be looked into and necessary action would be taken, based on the said complaint, in accordance with law, if found necessary.
3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 herein, we are of the view that no further orders are necessary. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
