Till date she has not received either the certificate or marks statement. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an application along with DD for Rs.100/- to the first respondent on 14.03.2017. But, so far, no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. Since the petitioner contends that she had written TET exam during 2013-14 and the results have not been announced and that she had applied for certificate to know the result of the test on 14.03.2017, it is appropriate to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2017 on merits and as per law within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed. No costs.
