2.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that the interim order passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.40705 of 2015 on 04.01.2016 has been duly complied with. In support of his submission, he has produced the proceedings in No.Na.ka.294/A2/ 2016, dated 01.06.2016 issued by the District Elementary Educational Officer, Chennai before this Court.
Recording the proceedings dated 01.06.2016, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
