JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.K.Rameshuwar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writs of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the representation dated 05.09.2017, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, in accordance with law.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2017 has not yet been considered by the 2nd respondent.
4. Mr.S.K.Rameshuwar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks after giving notice to the 3rd respondent.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to the 3rd respondent.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
