JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 21
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 7526 of 2018 Petitioner :- M/S P.S. Cold Storage Respondent :- Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Bidhan Chandra Rai Counsel for Respondent :- Baleshwar Chaturvedi
Hon'ble Krishna Murari,J. Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that on account of change of the area from Kamla Nagar to Etmadpur, Agra, the disputed bill is not being corrected despite an order issued by the Chief Engineer dated 19.4.2017 directing the Executive Engineer to look into the matter and carry out necessary correction in the bill.
Sri Kamal Kesarwani holding brief of Sri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondents, fairly states that if there is any discrepancy in the bill, necessary correction in the bill shall be carried out by the Executive Engineer expeditiously.
Considering the facts, we dispose of the writ petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation raising his grievances annexing therewith all relevant documents in support of his claim before the Executive Engineer within two weeks from today with the further direction to the respondent No.3-Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Etamadpur, Agra to decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a further period of six weeks from the date of making of the representation.
Order Date :- 27.2.2018 Ashish Tripathi
