Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondent.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking a direction to the court below to decide Application No. 26-C, moved under section 151 C.P.C. filed in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 703 of 2017 (P. Rishi Prakash Vs. Smt. Prakriti Wala), pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court/FTC, Room No.1, Varanasi, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to Additional Principal Judge, Family Court/FTC, Room No.1, Varanasi to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it.
