O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners is absent. Perused the records.
2. This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the FIR in Cr.No.167/2016 registered for the offences punishable under sections 209, 415, 420, 463, 464, 468, 498A, 499, 506 r/w 34 IPC.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II who has taken notice for respondent No.1 State submits that on completion of investigation, a ‘B’ report has been submitted to the Court on 24.01.2018.
In view of the said development, the petition does not survive for consideration and hence the petition is dismissed as it does not survive for consideration.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2016 for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
