For the convenient sake, the parties may be referred to as the complainant and the accused.
2. The present appeal has been filed challenging the order of acquittal of the accused passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode in C.C.No.693/2007 dated 30.03.2016 for the offence punishable under Sec.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

4. In view of the judgment of Full Bench of this Court in the case of S. Ganapathy vs N. Senthilvel reported in (2016) 3 MLJ (Crl) 641 (FB), Registry is directed to send the records to the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode, after taking photocopy of the file, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
5. The complainant and the accused are directed to appear before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode on 06.11.2017.
6. With the above direction, the criminal appeal is disposed of.
