JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition is filed complaining non-compliance of the order dated 01.11.2016 passed in WP No. 37837 of 2016. By the said order, this Court directed the respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition 30.03.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.
2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the respondent has disposed of the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 30.03.2015 and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. R. SUBBIAH, J
3. In the light of the above submission of the counsel for the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. The contempt petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
