This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the proceeding in R.C.No.1682/2014 F, dated 25-09-2014, issued by respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorization pending further enquiry into the charges levelled against him in show cause notice, dated 20-09-2014.
After hearing Mr.Kothapalli Ram Mohan Chowdary, learned Counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition, at this stage, in view of the facts that the enquiry is still pending and that the impugned order is interim in nature.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with the direction to respondent No.2 to complete the enquiry and pass a final order within two months from the date of receipt of this order.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.40101 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
