JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.M.P.No.46461 of 2014 And W.P.No.6894 of 2000 Between:
P. Ramachandra Rao PETITIONER AND 1. The Andhra Pradesh Society for Training and Employment Promotion, rep. by its managing Director, 2nd Floor, L.b. Stadium, Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
This is an application, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, W.P.M.P. is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed.
