ORDER:
The petitioners complain against threatened forcible dispossession from house plots of 9 ankanams each in their possession covered by proceedings in File Rc.No.B211/06, dated 09.07.2008 as illegal and unconstitutional.
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
The dispute relates to small extent of land covered by Survey No. 78/p of Vedapalem in Nellore. There appears to be dispute between the petitioners and the Andhra Pradesh State Irrigation Development Corporation, 3rd third respondent. On the complaint given by the 3rd respondent-Corporation both to the Revenue Divisional Officer and also Station House Officer, 5th Town Police Station, Nellore, it appears the dispute has been resolved and the first respondent by delineating Ac.0.39 cents allotted to the third respondent through proceedings dated 27.1.1992 and consequently what is lost by the third respondent-Corporation on South East corner is compensated by allotting same extent of land on North East side of the plot. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have constructed compound wall so also the third respondent-Corporation. By placing the above submission on record, the Writ Petition is closed as no further order is necessary.
