JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 16.12.2009 to the Registry stating that the matter has become infructuous and therefore the matter may be listed before Court for passing appropriate orders. Accordingly, the matter has been listed today. Added further, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement that, 'the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.' In view of the said endorsement the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as an infructuous one without costs.
