Respondents Petition filed under section 482 Cr.P.C to transfer the investigation in Crime No.140 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent to any other independent agency to continue the investigation under the direct supervision of a high level police officer and for speedy prosecution.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
