JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would work out his remedy before the Civil Court by filing a suit against the fourth respondent.
2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file a Civil Suit against the fourth respondent, in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
