JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to complete the enquiry, pursuant to the Enquiry Notice dated 22.7.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the Enquiry Notice dated 22.07.2016, the parties had participated in the enquiry. However, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders so far.
5. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to complete the enquriy and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the respondents 5 to 7.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the respondents 5 to 7.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
