ORDER Sri. Siddeswara N.K., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri. V. Shivareddy, learned High Court Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. Petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of the parties, it is heard finally.
3. In this petition, petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of mandamus to consider representations dated 15.3.2019 at Annexures-M2, M3 and M4 for the post of Archak of Sri Guru Thipperudraswamy Temple, Volamatta, Nayakanahatti, Challakere Taluk, Chitradurga District.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in a fixed time limit.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for respondents submits that suitable action on the representation shall be taken in accordance with law.
6. In view of the submissions made and in the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
