This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned HCGP submits that the police have filed ‘B’ Summary report in connection with Crime No.53/2019 of Chitradurga Town Police Station, wherein, at the initial stage the petitioners are arraigned as accused Nos.1 to 5.
In view of the said submission, the petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, the same is dismissed.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move this Court, if any further report is submitted by the Police.
