On 12.08.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner expired and he wanted to take steps for impleading the legal representatives on record. A further time was sought on 12.09.2014. Today when the case is called, there is no application filed for bringing the legal representatives on record.
In the circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground it being abated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
