JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's B.Ed. certificate issued by the Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, U.P. as recognized by M.DHANDAPANI, J.
kas Government of India and consequently issue appointment order for the post of Teacher (English).
2. Mrs.K.Bhuvaneshwari, learned Government Advocate filed counter wherein it is very clearly stated that in the approved list, the University Grants commission has given recognition for hundred and forty six (146) universities, but this list does not include Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad and could not be seen in the approved list. Whenever there was doubt about recognition of particular university, the Board approaches the University of Madras for suitable clarification. The University of Madras has informed that the Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh is not recognised by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi and the same is included in the list of fake Universities, by the University Grants Commission. However, the issue regarding fake University is pending before the Court. There is a legal dispute in this regard between the University Grants Commission and Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad for recognition. Therefore, in view of the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
