JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.38569, 38585, 38587 and 38588 of 2014 Dated: 16.12.2014 WRIT PETITION No.38569 of 2014 Between:
P. Parandhama Reddy .. Petitioner and The State of Andhra Pradesh Rep. by its Principal Secretary, Civil Supplies Dept., Secretariat, Hyderabad, and others.
.. Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Mrs. Addula Triveni Counsel for the respondents: AGP for Civil Supplies (A.P.) The court made the following:
COMMON ORDER:
These four writ petitions have been filed feeling aggrieved by the orders of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioners’ fair price shop authorizations, pending enquiry.
On perusal of the impugned orders, this Court felt that the petitioners’ authorizations have been suspended on stereotyped allegations, for extraneous reasons. When this Court felt the need of issuing a show-cause notice to respondent No.3 as to why disciplinary action shall not be directed to be initiated against him for abusing his position, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.) has placed before the Court separate but identical proceedings dated 15.12.2014, whereby respondent No.3 has restored the petitioners’ authorizations with immediate effect.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.3, the writ petitions are disposed of as infructuous with the direction to respondent No.3 not to proceed further based on the charges on which the impugned orders of suspension have been passed.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petitions, W.P.M.P.Nos.48294, 48295, 48312, 48313, 48315, 48316, 48317 and 48318 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
