ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to set-aside proceedings D.Dis.D1CS/5931/2014, dated 20-10-2014 whereby respondent No.2 has suspended the petitioner’s fair price shop authorisation.
By order dated 30-10-2014 in W.P.No.32574 of 2014, this Court has issued notice to respondent No.2 to show cause why disciplinary proceedings shall not be directed to be initiated against him for acting contrary to the settled legal position in K. Nirmala Vs.

Revenue Divisional Officer Anantapur and Thyrumala Setty Phanindra Vs. District Collector (CS), Guntur District and [2] others , including the order in W.P.No.25823 of 2014 & batch dated 7-10-2014 in passing the impugned order.
In pursuance of the direction of this Court, respondent No.2 is personally present. He has placed before the Court letter dated 3-12- 2014 addressed by him to the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, (AP) whereby he has informed that the authorisation of the petitioner is restored. Respondent No.2 has assured the Court that he will not repeat this conduct in future.
In view of the corrective steps taken by respondent No.2, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.41199 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
