Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta)
In view of the interim order dated 12.02.2009, which has reached its finality, we think no order need be passed by this Court in this matter. According to us, the aforesaid interim order has literally granted the final relief. We fail to understand why the writ petition was allowed to be kept pending unnecessarily.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Consequently, the Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed. No costs.
