All that the petitioner prays is for early disposal of three suits pending on the file of the Court of the Munsiff of Thiruvalla. The suits are numbered as O.S. Nos. 105/2010, 514/2007 and 28/2002. The petitioner has applied for joint trial of all the three suits.
2. I direct the Court of the Munsiff of Thiruvalla to list all the three suits above for trial immediately. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The application for joint trial of the suits shall also be dealt with as per law.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
