Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Respondents 1 and 2.
The petitioner states that she belongs to Mala Community and thus comes under Schedule Caste category. She passed her Intermediate in the year 2002 and waiting for a suitable job. A s the permanent Fair Price Shop dealer of Animerla village was suspended, the said post fell vacant. While so, the first respondent appointed the third respondent as temporary dealer by proceedings dated 27.01.2009 for a period of three months. Challenging the appointment of the third respondent as temporary Fair Price Shop Dealer of Animerla village, the present Writ Petition was filed.
The learned Government Pleader on the basis of the written instructions submits that the requisite notification will be issued shortly calling for applications from the eligible candidates for filling up of the vacancy of the Fair Price Shop dealer on permanent basis.
In view of the said statement of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to issue notification for filling up of vacancy of the Fair Price Shop dealers on permanent basis for Animerla village, Kadapa District within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take necessary steps in accordance with law.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
